The service
Sentinela Ads records clicks, visits and sales on your domains to send conversions to the ad platforms you configure.
Legal basis for data
You declare that you have a legal basis (LGPD) to process your visitors' and buyers' data and to share it, encrypted or hashed, with those platforms.
Credentials
Checkout and platform credentials are stored encrypted and used only to receive webhooks and send conversions.
Removing data
You can remove domains, integrations and destinations at any time in the dashboard.
Plans and billing
Billing follows the plan you chose. You can ask to cancel at any time, and the refund guarantee applies within the period stated at purchase. Card data is handled by the payment processor, never by us.
Changes to these terms
When the terms change, the version changes and we ask for a new acceptance before you keep using the dashboard.
